ATMs are found within the banks, but you can also find several ATMs in the centre arcade. Tatra banka ATMs are located next to the escalator at Ševt and at the C&A store. A VÚB banka ATM is located near the Ševt store, while a Unicreditbank ATM is located next to the escalator at the Billa store.

If your kids are bored with shopping, let them have some fun in the kid's zones at the arcade. Entry to these zones is for free for children. We just ask you to follow some simple rules: enter without shoes, drinks, ice-cream or food. You can find the kid's zones in front of the Slovenská Sporiteľňa, Time Out and TEDi stores.

They will be happy to take care of your children in the guarded children's corner Time Out. In addition, the largest children's entertainment world Buppi awaits you on the 2nd floor.

Within the Bory Mall shopping and entertainment centre, there are several charging stations for your mobile phones or notebooks. We would like to ask you to use only the sockets and designed for this purpose and located within the centre to charge your electronic accessories. In this way, you will avoid unforeseeable and unpleasant situations, which could occur during charging beyond the reserved areas.

In the case of any questions related to the stores, opening hours, events, news or services at the centre or to purchase gift cards, you can contact us at the Infopoint. Do not hesitate to contact us personally or by phone – we will be happy to help you.

Navigation and interactive maps, located at the escalators and at the entrances to the centre, will help you to stay orientated in the Bory Mall. Just enter where you like, and the interactive map will show you the way to where you want to go. Furthermore, it can tell you the exact departure times of transit vehicles.

The charging stations are suitable for charging all common types of electric vehicles. You can find the charging stations at the entrance and exit to/from the underground car park, yellow/green/red zone and in the outer parking area in front of the KUBU restaurant.

At Bory Mall, we care about your comfort. That is why our parking area has more than 2,400 spaces. Have you arrived by bike, motorcycle or with the whole family? We have special parking areas reserved just for you. Of course, there are also parking areas reserved for the disabled.

Every parent knows that standard toilets are not very suitable for babies and small children. Therefore, you can find changing areas near all the toilets. In cooperation with dm drogerie markt, the changing tables are supplied with diapers in three sizes, as well as with wet wipes and cream.

If first aid is needed, please contact the nearest security personnel or visit the Infopoint. Our security staff are trained, and they know what to do in tense situations. At the central Infopoint on the first floor, there is an automatic defibrillator.

Our customers can visit Bory Mall with their dogs, but we have certain rules in place for the comfort of our visitors. Entry of dogs without a muzzle and a leash (except for guide dogs, assistance dogs with the appropriate badge, or dogs that are kept in a suitable carrier) is forbidden. Entry with a dog into the Foodcourt premises on the 1st floor is prohibited. 

Separate your waste and help us save our planet. Within the whole shopping centre, you can find waste bins that are separated into sections for plastics, paper and mixed waste. 

An open-concept garden is available in the shopping and entertainment centre for visitors who need some greenery and fresh air to re-charge their energy. Do not hesitate to relax or to take a break at our Tornado. You can find it in the foodcourt.

If you hate carrying coats around the stores, or you just need to put your goods somewhere to look for more treasures, use the convenient lockers available at the entrances from indoor car park.

In the shopping centre arcade, you can connect to the Wi-Fi network for free.

For customers with reduced mobility, there are wheelchairs available. If you need this service, we will help you at the Infopoint. You can use the wheelchairs during the opening hours of the centre.

If you get tired while shopping, find refreshments in our pleasant cafes or relax in the seating areas, which are located in the shopping arcades. Since they are within Wi-Fi range, you will definitely not be bored.
